Our sincere condolences to the family of Mr. Groves. Mr. Groves was my Civics teacher at Clearview Junior High School during the 1963-1964 school year. I was in his class when we learned of the assassination of President Kennedy. I will never forget how his leadership and calming presence during that terrible time. He is an inspiration to all whose lives he touched. Thank you, Mr. Groves for defending our country as a soldier in our Army and for the knowledge you passed on to your students. Rest in Peace.
