I recently drove by the cemetery and decided to stop by on my way home.
I've always had fond memories of her ever since 1st grade in the mid-50's, but once she moved back to the Lorain/Amherst area, I was blessed to be able to visit with her on many occasions...what a dear lady who became my teacher and 54 years later, a very dear friend...and she never forgot my name!
She was always sharing a positive attitude and caring about you and your family. I will never forget how kind she was to me and how she always had a positive out-look! I miss her!

She was a wonderful teacher and became a beloved friend in her final years. When I saw her the first time after she moved to Lorain, she recognized me immediately and I was able to visit up until year. She was sharp and very engaging in her upper 90's.
She sent her last recent note to me addressed to my name from 1st grade!
What a dear lady who lived a very fulfilling life!
