Rosario "Sarita" Luciano

Rosario "Sarita" Luciano, 86, passed on to her eternal home in heaven on Friday, March 25, 2022 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on October 5, 1935 in Morovis, Puerto Rico. She later moved to Ohio to be with her beloved husband, "Moncho," to whom she was married for 60 years.Sarita was a faithful member of House of Praise International of which she was a part of the founding leaders' group. She had a passion for prayer and for serving family, friends, and strangers alike. She was happiest when her home was full with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She thoroughly enjoyed cooking meals and feeding others. Hospitality came naturally to her. Her home served as a safe haven for people to come to. Sarita and her smile will be greatly missed by her family and friends.Sarita was preceded in death by parents, Pablo and Rosario Ocasio; her husband, Ramon; son-in-law, Joe; brother, Felix; and sisters, Elsa and Carmen.She is survived by her four children: Maria Davis, Willie Luciano, Awilda (Edwin) Morales, and Nelly Otero, all from Lorain; nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren; three brothers; and four sisters.Visitation hours will be held at House of Praise International Church, 4321 Elyria Avenue, Lorain, Ohio 44055 on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 from 5 to 8 PM with a final service on Thursday, March 31, 2022 at 10 AM.
