Pinkston Zeigler Obituary
Richard was born on August 30, 1936 in Coffeyville, KS, the son of Richard and Maudie (Debo) Zeigler. He proudly served his country as part of the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Following his service, Richard worked at Sherwin-Williams Paint Co. for many years before retiring in 1998.
He was married to Deane Hall; she preceded him in death in 2011. Richard was also preceded by his parents, his son, Owen Zeigler, 4 brothers and 2 sisters. He is survived by his daughter-in-law; Mary Zeigler of Vashon Island, Wa., 3 grandchildren; Konstanze Zeigler of Pittsburg,KS; Giana Zeigler of Seattle, WA and Samantha Zeigler of Vashon Island, WA; 4 brothers; Chester Zeigler of Tulsa, OK; Phillip Zeigler of Coffeyville, KS; Ronald of Marthasville, MO and Donald of Altamont, IL; a sister Caroline Domanski of Omaha, NE ; and 2 great-grandchildren.
Richard is to be cremated with no formal services scheduled.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Mason-Woodard Mortuary & Crematory.

I also was a classmate of Pinkston. Lately he had been coming to Coffeyville to visit his brother. While in town he always came by McDonald's to visit with me and te rest of the guys. Glenn (Buck) Barlow

To The Zeigler Family,
Pinkston and I were in the same grade together at the Cedar Bluff rural school and Field Kindley High School in Coffeyville, Kansas. He was a kind and gentle person. May fond memories provide comfort and friends and family support during this difficult time. May God Bless His Soul!!
