Jeffrey A. Seidler, 65, of Morris, passed away Monday, July 26, 2021. Born in Chicago on February 22, 1956, he was the son of the late Kenneth and Margaret (Schalk) Seidler.
Jeff was a longtime resident of Morris. He graduated from Morris High School with the class of 1974. He was an avid fisherman and Pittsburgh Steelers fan. His pride and joy were his grandkids. He was Brysen's biggest dirt bike racing fan, he would cheer on Paisley at her T-Ball games and dance classes and loved sharing tootsie rolls with Hudson. He worked for Smurfit Stone in Morris and also had his own painting business.
Jeff is survived by his loving sons Adam and Cody Seidler; his beloved grandkids Brysen, Paisley and Hudson Seidler; siblings Rosemary (Mike) O'Regan, Kenneth (Cindy) Seidler, Susan Seidler, Kathy (Tim) Sandness and Scott (Renee) Seidler; and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Margaret Seidler, and nephew Jeffrey M. Seidler.
A memorial service will be held for Jeff on Friday, July 30, 2021, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the U.C. Davis-Callahan Funeral Home in Morris. A celebration of Jeff's life will follow at 7:00 pm. Aqua cremation rites will be accorded.
