Mary F. Lawrence

Mary F. Lawrence, 90-year-old resident of Little Falls, MN, passed away Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at Diamond Willow Assisted Living in Little Falls, MN.

A private family service will be held for Mary. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Little Falls. Caring for Mary and her family is the LeMieur Funeral Home in Little Falls.

Mary (Koslosky) Lawrence was born April 24, 1935, to the late Oswald and Eva (Ziebel) Koslosky. She was a lifelong resident of Little Falls; graduating from Little Falls Community High School with the class of 1953. Mary worked for many years at Falls Fabric, where she formed lasting friendships, and later devoted her time as a volunteer at the St. Gabriel's Gift Shop. Her life was a testament to resilience and quiet strength. Mary raised five children on her own, instilling in each of them her steadfast values, gentle determination, and deep compassion. She found joy in the simple beauties of life; long walks, the peace of nature, sewing, and reading. Above all, she cherished time spent with her family. Hosting gatherings, celebrating milestones, and creating warm, welcoming spaces for loved ones were among her greatest joys. Mary's legacy lives on in the family she loved so dearly and in the countless lives she touched with her kindness, patience, and unwavering spirit. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

Mary is survived by her children, Mark Lawrence of Brainerd, MN, Catherine Younk of Little Falls, MN, Elizabeth Lawrence of Little Falls, MN, Susan (Bruce) Batters of Little Falls, MN, and Deb Lawrence of Sartell, MN; sister, Marjorie Woldord of Battle Ground, WA; eight grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild with one on the way.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Oswald and Eva; son-in-law, Ron Younk; brother, John Koslosky; and sister, Martha Taylor.
