Theresa M. Warrick

Theresa M. Warrick, 97-year-old resident of Sauk Rapids, MN passed away Friday, January 26, 2024 at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Home in Sauk Rapids.

Memorial Service held on Friday, February 2, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. at the Good Shepherd Community Chapel in Sauk Rapids, MN with Pastor Greg Tomhave officiating. Burial at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery north of Little Falls, MN. Visitation held one hour prior to the service on Friday at the Good Shepherd Community Chapel. Caring for Theresa and her family is the Shelley Funeral Chapel in Little Falls, MN.

Theresa M. Warrick was born June 7, 1926, in Buckman Township to Louis and Theresa (Michl) Muehlbauer. Theresa was united in marriage to James Warrick on October 25, 1947. After their marriage, James and Theresa moved to St. Paul where Theresa was employed at Western Electric. In 1951, Theresa and James moved to Lead, SD. There Theresa was employed by JC Penney as a Department Head of Home Furnishings. In 1956, they decided to move back home to Minnesota where Theresa was employed at several different beauty salons. Theresa then decided to open her own beauty shop, Country Side Beauty Salon in Royalton, MN, and worked out of her home until she had to close due to health issues. Upon James' death in July 1995, Theresa sold the farm and moved into Good Shepherd Apartments in Sauk Rapids, MN. Theresa remained in Good Shepherd until her death.

Theresa is survived by one daughter, Rose Marie Jameson; son-in-law, Gene Jameson of LaVern, CA; many nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; and many friends she acquired over the 97 years of her life.

Theresa is preceded in death by the love of her life, James Warrick; parents, Louis and Theresa; siblings, Louis Jr, Mary, Johanna, Christina, Clara, Joseph, Catherine, Frank, George, Tony and Max and her beloved dog, Brandy.

Theresa lived a very active and meaningful life. Theresa lived 97 years, 7 months and 20 days. She had two other sisters who lived to be 97 years of age.
