To friend and classmate Jim Maina,

So sorry to hear of your brother's passing. I didn't realize the big difference in your ages, he must have seemed more like an uncle or younger father-figure to you. Tough to lose a relationship like that.

Uncle Ben:
You were truely the glue that held this family together. You took time to orchestrate gatherings, introduce distant relatives, and keep the "Maina" legacy going. The older I grew the more I came to adore you, and I will genuinely miss you! Love you always!

Mark, dunno if you remember me, but I wanted to express deep sorrow at the loss of your dad. I heard about it from Dana Bonn on Facebook. I hope the best for you and hope this finds you well, present circumstances aside. Love, sheena .
