Thank you, Colonel Moyer. I took your wisdom with me from FLCC and eventually used it to defend this and many other nations. In just a tad over 20 years since I was your student, I went on to create one of the most sought after counter terrorism programs on earth now in use in 140 nations. My work has changed military and federal government agencies. I was a certified sniper and contract black operator under DHS and the US DOS topping my group in urban combat and extrication. I even did a project with the USMC and have work on display in their museum in Triangle, VA. You were a magnanimous man who always inspired me and it left an indelible imprint on my character. Carry on, Sir!

To the Moyer family.

As some of you know, Charlie and I go way back to the 1960's, when I first got involved at the Canandaigua Sportsmen's Club. We spent many good times together out there and beyond.

One of my favorite things I will remember about Charlie was his home made Crumbly Blue Cheese Salad Dressing he made for us when we had our steak dinners before the BOD meetings at the club in the '60's. That was the best ever !!!

Although we were miles apart in location after retirement, we kept an open dialog with Emails up to the end.

I, as well as my wife Judy, send our deepest condolences to you.
