Frances Loeper Obituary
Manchester - Frances "Kitty" P Loeper, 75, passed away on Sunday, February 6, 2021, after a long illness at M.M. Ewing Continuing Care.
In accordance with Kitty's wishes all services will be private.
In lieu of flowers please consider donations to the American Cancer Society, 1120 S Goodman St, Rochester, NY 14620 or American Diabetes Association, 160 Allens Creek Road, Rochester, NY 14618.
Kitty was born the daughter of the late Paul and Rose (Campione) Katchmar on Friday, August 17, 1945, in Albany, NY. Kitty at one time owned North East Fire in Albany, NY and NAPA auto store in Hopewell, NY. She eventually retired after many years as an antique dealer. She was always kind to everyone and loved her family, animals, and gardens. Kitty will always be in our hearts and sadly missed.
Kitty will be remembered by her sons Andrew Cooke of Delmar, NY and Christopher Cooke of New York; six grandchildren; two great-granddaughters; step-children, Phil Jr., Kathleen, and Stephen; sisters Doreen (Edward) Garrett and Paulette Katchmar; two nieces; and her beloved dog, Dafney.
Kitty was predeceased by her husband, Philip Sr., son, Todd Cooke; brother, Theodore Katchmar.
