Stanley J. Frederes WALWORTH - Stanley J. Frederes passed away Wednesday, July 9, 2008, at the age of 84, after a lengthy illness. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Mary; daughter, Ann King (Bernard Talty) of Victor; sons, Michael (Nancy) Frederes and Donald Frederes, both of Walworth; grandchildren, Victoria and Melissa King and Daniel and Kevin Frederes. Stanley devoted his life to farming and was known for growing top quality vegetables, which he sold at the Rochester Public Market for 43 years. Friends may call Monday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at Murphy Funeral Home, 1961 Ridge Road, Ontario. His funeral will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Furnaceville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Lincoln Volunteer Fire Department or Lifetime Care Hospice.
