Aldo Avila Obituary

On the 28th day of October, 2017, Aldo Avila went to be with his lord at the age of 37. While with us, Aldo loved to spend time with his family. He was an avid sports fan, loving the Dallas Cowboys, and the Los Angeles Lakers. Aldo followed his love for football and became a coach for the GMFL Saints for 5 years. He loved the opportunity to coach both his son and nephews along side his brother. Aldo was always a supportive father, husband, brother, son and uncle. Aldo is survived by his wife of 15 years, Rosa Imelda Avila, his 3 children, Beya, Jazlyn, and Aldo Avila Jr. His mother Amalia Delgado and husband Baldemar. His father Nicolas Avila and wife Bea. His brothers Nick Jr. and wife Noemi, Orlando and wife Zulma, Merardo and wife Yvonne. His sisters Abby Salinas and husband Oscar, Elva Trevino and husband Richard . His mother-in-law Teodora Rivas and husband Rafael Rosas. His brother-in-laws, Oscar Rivas and wife Elizabeth, Carlos Saul Sermeño. His sister-in-laws Ana M. Jacquez and husband Oscar, Ayde Rivas Guillen and husband Andres. Nieces and Nephews, Julieana, Nicolas III, Jacob, Natalia, Noelia , Kris, Oscar Jr., Kristal, Xavier, Chasity, Gia, Marcus, Jasmine, Elena, Orlando Jr, Briana, Maranda, Sebastian , Abigail, Josiah, Alan, Eden, Evin, Landyn, Kaidyn, Stephanie, Emilio, Felix, Erika, Kari, Jovani, Justin, Zaida, Zaira, Armando, Xiomon, Lorena, Angelica, Guadalupe, Carlos, Oscar, Griselda, Rosa, Juventina, Andres, Walter. And Great nieces and nephews Romeo, Alexandria, Jonathan, Sebastian, Marcus Jr. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Marcelino and Josefa Avila, and Merardo and Feliz Saldua. Pallbearers will be Nick Avila Jr. , Orlando Avila, Merardo Avila, Marcus Avila, Xavier Torres, Kris Salinas, Orlando Avila Jr., Oscar Salinas Jr., and Emilio Jacquez. Visitation and Prayer will be held on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at 5:00pm- 9:00 pm at Lewallen-Garcia-Pipkin Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 3, 2017 at 11:00 am at St. Stephens Catholic Church. Interment will follow to Resthaven Memorial Park. Abby and family I am so so sad to hear the very sad news. Aldo will be terribly missed. There are no words that will heal a broken heart but always know he is in a better place. Our deepest condolences and many prayers from Austin Salinas and myself.

I am so Sorry. The Avila Family became so close to my heart from the moment I met them. Mr. Avila was always there to give me a helping hand whenever I needed it!! He was a great man all around!!
