Dan Branham

Dan Houston Branham was born at home in Runnells County, Texas on December 8,1931. He went to his heavenly reward September 10, 2022. Visitation will be 3:00 p.m. on Friday, September 23, 2022, at Bethel Baptist Church in Monahans, Texas. A funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 24, 2022, at Bethel Baptist Church in Monahans, Texas. Interment is to follow at 3:00 p.m. at the Greenwood Cemetery in Midland, Texas. Dan was raised on a cotton farm with 2 brothers and a sister (now deceased). He chose Jesus as his Savior as a teenage boy and lived life following His example. Family was very important to Dan. He was never too busy to attend a wedding, hold a baby, or just sit and talk to his extended family. Dan retired from Dowell after 33 years. He continued to work in a C02 delivery business, raising cattle, driving a cattle truck, and helping friends with farming and ranching. He was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Wilma Jane Like Branham and one granddaughter, Audrey Denise Branham. He is survived by 5 children: Laura Pulliam of Belton, Linda Brown and husband Jimmie of Temple, Craig Branham and wife Ruth of Grapeland, Eric Branham and wife Linda of Imperial, and Alicia Trujillo of Hobbs. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. Pall bearers will be his 8 grandsons: Ky Brown of Denton, Dan Brown of Temple, Chad Branham of Monahans, Wayne Branham of Academy, Andrew and Stephen Branham of Washington DC, TJ Pulliam of Lubbock, and Jace Branham of Hobbs. Memorial donations may be made to Bethel Baptist Church, a mission minded church. Arrangements are entrusted to Harkey Funeral Home.
