Ms. Looper was our district secretary when I worked at Southwestern Bell. She had a loving personality and never an unkind word for anyone even under adverse working conditions.
So sorry for your loss.

Looper Family,
I met Mrs. Looper while visiting my mom at Manor Park. She was such a lovely lady, always had a smile and kind word. My grandson always likes to go there to see his friends and he always sought out Mrs. Looper as she was one of his special friends. She always had a big hug for him and listened to his stories he would tell as they played together with his toys. I will miss seeing her there.
My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time.

I grew up at Westside and Frances always had a smile on her face! She was such a sweet sweet lady. May the Lord bring you comfort and peace during this time of loss.

Mary, Martha, Melissa and Martin,
I have such fond memories of your mom as we all grew up at Westside. She always had that impish smile on her face that made you wonder what she had been up to, she was a joy to be around and was such a good friend to my mom, Elouise May. I'm sure they are sitting together again in heaven praising God.
May you feel God's loving arms surround you with comfort and may memories bring you peace.

Love, Charlotte
