Jay Morris Obituary
09/25/1931 - 11/20/2025
On the 20th day of November, Jasper Willis Morris "Jay" left this earth to become a Guardian Angel in Heaven. Jay was born on the 25th day of September 1931 in Laflore County, Oklahoma and He currently resides in Elgin, Oklahoma.
Jay is survived by wife Mary Ann Morris, son Gary Morris, daughter Cathy Livingston, and grandson Dale Morris, along with many other grandchildren, and family members.
Jay moved his family to Midland, TX in 1980 taking a job with Earl Bruno & Sons. Shortly there after became close friends with Rooster McConaughey, whose dad had referred Jay to Mr. Bruno. He went on to co-own Midland Pipe & Equipment and later own A&A Pipe. He was also co-owner of the West Texas Roughnecks Arena Football Team with grandson Dale Morris. Jay owned Dwarf Construction and Morris Auto Supply in Oklahoma City before moving to Midland. Jay was known for his caring and honest demeanor.
His ashes are located at Ft. Sill, Oklahoma as he served in the United States Army.
