Luz Aleman Obituary
She was born Nov. 13, 1935, in Big Spring and had worked for the Big Spring Independent School District as a teacher's aide and as an attendance clerk, retiring in 1998 after 25 years. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Survivors include three daughters, Christina Rodriguez of Big Spring, Irma Natividad and Maria Perez, both of Midland; two sons, David Correa of Big Spring and Pete Correa of El Paso; four brothers, Marcos Lopez and Manuel Lopez, both of Dallas, Albert Lopez of Cresco, Iowa, and Raymond Lopez of Big Spring; four sisters, Erlinda Hernandez of San Antonio, Josie Hernandez and Amparo Tijerina, both of Big Spring, and Beatrice Rodriguez of Greeley, Colo.; 14 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Arrangements are under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory of Big Spring. Online condolences can be made at: www.npwelch.com.
