Rolando S. Garza, Sr., 71, of Lenorah, died Tuesday, November 20, 2018 in a Stanton nursing home. Vigil services will be 7:00 p.m. Friday, November 23, 2018 at the Nalley-Pickle & Welch Rosewood Chapel in Big Spring. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Holy Trinity Catholic Parish. He was born July 31. 1947 in Stanton. He farmed until 1992 then worked for Clariant Oil Services in Midland, Texas for 15 years. Rolando loved his family and fishing. Rolando was a member of St. Isidore Catholic Church in Lenorah and loved being a Catholic. Survivors include the mother of his children, Esperanza "Patsy" Garza of Midland; two daughters, Mary Gloria McClure and husband, Matt of Midland and Kathey Ann Enriquez and husband, Tony of Lenorah; three sons, Rolando Garza, Jr. and Kenneth Garza and wife, Bobbie both of Lenorah, and Victor Garza and wife, Ronda of Big Spring; two sisters, Olga Gonzales and Mary Mendez both of Stanton; five brothers, Paladio Garza of Big Spring, Albert Garza, Ricky Garza, Sonny Garza and Lupe Garza, Jr. all of Stanton; five granddaughters, Chrissy Reed, Natasha Enriquez, Kimberly Enriquez, Kathryn Franklin and Nicole Swaboda; three grandsons, Matthew McClure, Jr., Noah Garza and Jacob Andrew Chappell; six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Guadalupe Garza, Sr. and Luisa Salas Garza; one brother, Frank Garza, Sr.; and a granddaughter, Donna Hope Garza Arrangements are under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home and Crematory in Big Spring.
