Shaun Lavar Taylor, 44, of Midland, Texas died Tuesday, December 30, 2025, in San Angelo, Texas. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Pastor Jeremiah Foley is officiating. Arrangements are by Sunset Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home of Odessa, Texas.

I loved how Shaun loved Amber and how you two could spend hours alone happy in one another´s company! I so happy that you two had such a beautiful honeymoon and that you had time enough time to tell us about it with your little boy enthusiasm! You both just glowed telling all the wonderful things you did and places you went! I´m thankful she was able to experience the love that you so willingly showered upon her! Your kindness and love to us will be a memory we will always cling to. I loved how you kissed me on the forehead every time you came in the house or left the house even though my pups acted like they were going to eat you up! I loved how you called me Granna and Eddie Papa Eddie. Shaun will be so missed! Our home won´t be the same without you kiddo.
