Terry Ensign Obituary
She was born October 10, 1951 to Cecil and Edith 'Puff' Aycock in Midland, Texas.
Raised in Midland, she attended San Jacinto and Midland High School where she was a member of the MHS swim team, winning many state awards in swimming as well as riding and showing horses all over West Texas.
She was preceded in death by her husband Lonnie, her father Cecil, and brother Steve.
She is survived by her mother 'Puff', sister Judy, son Nathan, daughter Lindsey, aunt Patricia Brabham, 3 grandchildren and many friends who knew and cherished her spectacular courage and dedication to all those she helped in so many ways. Services are pending.

I meet Terry years ago at a horse show and was taken back, by all the thing she could do. And all the things she would do. I'm very proud that I was one of the lucky ones, that was blessed to know Terry. A woman that touched more than lives she touch our hearts. I will miss you, until we meet again.

As I read the article in the local paper in Magnolia, I could not even imagine the deep hurt that this family is going through. What an incredible woman, Terry was. She brightened the world of my cousin, Lonnie and blessed us all with her written words. My mind contains many words I would like to say to this family, but my heart knows that there are no comforting words for such a loss.

I was fortunate enough to meet Terry through her cousin, Kim Carrington, as she worked on her book. She was such a sunny personality and a pleasure to talk with. My deepest sympathies go out to her family and friends.

Does a hole in one's heart make it lighter or heavier? I don't yet know, but Terry's sudden departure has sure left a big one in mine. My never-ending love to her family, and of course to Terry.

What a tragic loss, but she has gone to be with her beloved Lonnie. We will miss her gracious humor and love of life. She has been a great example of grace and perseverance, to me.
