William Fred Seay, 89 of Midland, passed away Wednesday, October 15, 2025.
The family will receive friends Monday, October 20, 2025 from 6:00pm-8:00pm at Lewallen-Garcia-Pipkin Funeral Home. Graveside Service will be Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at 11:00am at Resthaven Memorial Park.

I have known Fred for a long time. He and Carolyn were very dear friends of mine. He will be really missed, but oh the Joy he is having now. No more sickness and pain. A great reunion he is enjoying now, lots of family and friends.
