David Mason Obituary
David "Dave" Lee Mason, 65 of Rockford, passed away at Forsyth Medical Center after complications from open heart surgery on April 17, 2021. David was born on April 13, 1956 to Ellie and Ken Mason. Dave was loved by many and will be greatly missed. Dave is survived by his daughter, Michelle Mason (Jason Gainer); two grandchildren, Andi and Jenson; brother Ken Mason (Donna); and several other family members that loved him. He was preceded in death by both parents. A celebration of life will be hosted by friends on Saturday, May 22, at 5 p.m. at the Rockford Park across from the Rockford General Store. Memorial donations in Dave's honor may be made to Mayberry 4 Paws at 210 Country Club Rd., Mount Airy, NC 27030.
