Mrs. Janice Ellen Southern Brickell, 75, of Mt. Airy, passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at her daughters home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on May 6, 1947, in Guilford County to the late William A. and Geneva Creed Southern. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at Moody Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Arlis Thomas and Dr. Jonathan Casstevens officiating. Burial will follow in the Brickell Farms Family Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at www.moodyfuneralservices.com
