William Glass Obituary
William "Bill" Howard Glass, age 79, of Mount Airy, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2023 at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson. He was born on May 4, 1943, in McAllen, Texas to the late Willie and Ruth Edwards Glass. Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 59 years, Betty Vernon Glass; children and their spouses, Tim Glass, Tony Glass (Kim), Crystal Edwards (Daniel); grandchildren, Christy Glass, Nathan Edwards, McKenzie Anders, Owen Edwards; great-grandchildren, Logan Talbert, Cayden Talbert, Landon Anders; sister and brother-in-law, Peggy Mayes (Roy); brother, P.D Glass; brother-in-law, Carl Busick. In addition to his parents, Mr. Glass was preceded in death by a sister, Ann Busick. There will be no formal services at the funeral Home. The family would like to say a special thanks to the staff at Mountain Valley Hospice and also the staff at Forsyth Medical Center CCU floor.
