Mr. Michael "Mike" Johnston passed Thursday. Friends may call on Friday, May 23, after 10 a.m., in the Duggan Dolan Mortuary Chapel, Funeral Services at 11 a.m. A complete obituary will be published Thursday, in Montana Standard.

With deepest sympathy to all the Johnston family. Mr. Johnston was one of them great teachers from the days of West Junior High back in the 80´s. He had the best sense of humor and was liked by every student that he encountered. I´m glad I had the opportunity to know the man we all called Mr. J. May all of your fond memories of him comfort you all in the days ahead. Rest in peace Mr. J.

Our prayers and thoughts go out to Judy & the entire Johnston family. Mike was a life long friend & we certainly shared many great days on the golf course, attending wrestling matches, football games & on occasion hoisting a few pints. Mike was a friend to any one & everyone he met. He is sadly gone but will be remembered by all of us forever. Mike now you can finally RIP

My condolences to the family for the loss of my great pal Mike. He had such a great sense of humor! We had many great times together while working at the Butte Vo Tech. Mike was an excellent teacher and trained many students who went on to live productive lives. He will be missed. Fritz
