My husband, Scott, and I were saddened to hear of Monica's passing. She was truly one of the most wonderful people we have ever met. I can still remember the joy she had when we brought some homemade chocolate chip cookies to her at the store one Christmas years ago. She will be greatly missed and Butte won't be the same without her. Sincere condolences to family and friends of Monica.

Dear Jake and family, My husband, Joel and I were so sorry to learn of the passing of Monica. We were lucky enough to be on that dream trip to Ireland with the both of you and so enjoyed meeting you both and getting to know you. Monica was so lovely and knowledgeable about her Irish heritage and Irish history and it was such a pleasure to experience that trip with all of those from Butte. Our deepest condolences to you and your family.

Monica introduced my wife and I to Butte and the Irish community when we visited her store back in 2012. Her enthusiasm for all things Irish and Butte was infectious and we became caught up in it. Since that time, from our distant Utah home, we attended every single Anrira festival became major donors and supporters. Over these many years now I had many wonderful connections and conversations with Monica and they were all so wonderful. She gave me a connection to my roots that I will always treasure. How much we will miss you you are the heart and soul of the festival and the Irish community in this town. Someday we will meet again at the Dunboy castle in the sky. Love you Monica.

A wonderful woman who did so much for so many for so long. She is now able to do even more through intercessions when she advocates the community of saints and the Trinity. Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, and gentleness , Strength, courage and understanding be with you John and Cody.
