William H. Skeel
April 13, 1936 - February 23, 2024
BUTTE - William "Bill" Harvey Skeel, 87, passed away on Friday, February 23, 2024 in Butte, MT. He was born on April 13, 1936 in Wenatchee, WA to Charles and Mary Ellen Skeel.
Bill married his soulmate, Sharon Lindsey, in Miles City, MT, in 1955. They went on to have three sons: Bill, George, and Tim. Bill worked for many years at Jerry's Mobile Homes and the Safeway warehouse. He loved spending time at the family's cabin in Elk Park. Bill could always be found tinkering and building things around the house and at the cabin.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, siblings, and son, William "Bill" Scott Skeel.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon; son, George and daughter-in-law, Bonnie; son, Tim and daughter-in-law, Linda; daughter-in-law, Katie Skeel; five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
A luncheon in Bill's honor will be held at the KC Athletic Club on March 13, 2024 starting at noon.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Butte Emergency Food Bank.

So sorry to hear of Bill passing. I cut Bill´s hair for years, every time he came in for a haircut he brought me a latte. The best part was visiting with Bill! He was a good man.
