Michael William Gassen
March 1, 1952 - May 22, 2024
THE VILLAGES, FL - Michael William Gassen, born on March 1, 1952 in Muscatine, Iowa passed away on May 22, 2024 in The Villiages, Florida. Mike was 72 years old. Mike attended Muscatine High School and dedicated many years of his career as a Lab Technician at Grain Processing Corp.
In his free time, Mike loved to play golf, especially with his son, Matt. Those moments on the golf course were some of his happiest, filled with laughter and cherished memories.
Mike will be remembered for his humor, his love of golf and of course his love for animals! Mike enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Mike is survived by his son Matthew Gassen, his younger brother Mark Gassen, and his sisters Laurie Miller and Linda Ruplinger. Mike is proceeded in death by his parents - Dorothy Benson Gassen and William Gassen.
Mike will be missed by all. Please join us at Jody's for a celebration of life on Saturday, June 29 from 3-6 pm.
