Denise Faye Stremler

Denise Stremler, age 59, of Ferndale, WA, passed away on Thursday, September 11, 2025. She's remembered as a cherished mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend who gave her love freely and left a lasting mark on everyone she met. She will be dearly missed.
Denise was born in Bellingham Washington to parents Dixon & Maxine Stremler on November 29, 1965.
Denise was always happy, with a beautiful smile that could light up any room, and her laughter was truly infectious. She was the kindest sweetest soul who loved deeply and generously. She enjoyed thrifting and was a successful reseller, loved her family fiercely, and expressed herself through art. Bowling with her father and quilting with her mother brought her joy. With her unique sense of style, wild, yet sweet spirit, and warm, loving heart, she made every space brighter.
Denise is survived by four children Bryan, Shane, Elizabeth, and Colton, and was blessed with many grandchildren Laylinn, Bryan, MaKenzie, Cohen, Wesley, and Jayden. She is beloved by parents Dixon & Maxine, sisters Darlene and Darla, Uncle Del and Aunt Sue, along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Denise is preceded in death by sister Debbie Stremler.
There will be no services. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Gillies Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
