Anna Repko, 92, of Toms River, New Jersey passed away peacefully at home on May 13, 2016. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and daughter and will be dearly missed. She is survived by the love of her life for 67 Years, Thomas J. Repko. Anne was predeceased by siblings Thomas Belusko and Agnes Lohenitz.

Anne was born on July 3, 1923 in Jeanesville, Pennsylvania to the late Anna and George Belusko. After getting married, Anne moved to Linden, New Jersey where she raised her family. Anne was a dedicated homemaker who showed her love to her family and friends through the food she was proud to prepare. She was a wonderful traditional Slovak cook whose most famous dishes included stuffed cabbage, pierogies, and homemade pies. Anne was an original member of "Club", a social group with neighborhood mothers that would gather together regularly and remained lifelong friends. Anne was also a skilled seamstress who created outfits for her children and handmade Halloween costumes for her grandchildren. She was a devout and active member of the Catholic Church including St. Teresa's in Linden and St. Joseph's and St. Luke's Roman Catholic Churches in Toms River, where she has resided for the past 24 years. She was devoted to Mary and prayed the rosary daily with her husband. Anne, a true woman of substance, had innumerable positive qualities but will especially be remembered for her work ethic, grace, and loving care of her family. She was the best cheerleader for her children and grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Tim, Anne is survived by her three children, Roxanne Reuther and her husband John (Toms River), Thomas Repko and his wife Patricia (Hamilton Square), and Joseph Repko and his wife Kimberly (Tinton Falls); her siblings, Martha Gomber and Pauline Kashi; grandchildren, Jessica and her husband PJ, Katie, Amanda, and Matthew; and many dear nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Silverton Memorial Funeral Home, 2482 Church Road, Toms River 08753.

The funeral will be held on Thursday, May 19, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. at the St. Luke's R.C. Church, interment to follow at Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Catholic Charities USA. www.silvertonmemorial.com.
