Angelina "Anne" Strumolo, age 93 of Monmouth Beach, died Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at Jersey Shore Care Center in Eatontown. Mrs. Strumolo was a parishioner of the Roman Catholic Church of the Precious Blood. She was in the Women's Auxiliary of Columbus Hospital in Newark, past president of Oratory Prep School Mother's Club, Summit. Mrs. Strumolo was not only a homemaker, but worked outside the home in retail for many years. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, traveling, being outside and spending time at the beach. Born in Orange, she has lived in Monmouth Beach since 1950.

She was predeceased by her husband, Vincent P. Strumolo, Jr. in 2008; her sister, Beatrice, and two brothers, Carl and Anthony. Surviving are her son, Vincent P. Strumolo, III of Long Branch; her daughter, Florence Anne Strumolo Black of Saddle River; a brother, Paul Ianiro, Jr. of West Orange; and 5 grandchildren, Steven, Jared, Michael, Francesca and Matthew.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 8 from 1 - 5 pm at the Damiano Funeral Home, 191 Franklin Ave., (corner of Third Ave.) in Long Branch. Funeral Monday, friends are asked to go directly to Church of the Precious Blood for a 10:30 am Mass of Christian Burial.
