Art, Jack and I were members of USMC platoon 445 at Parris Island (Boot camp) back in 1954-55. Good times (and some bad times) but we were and always will be Marines. Where is Jack?

Dear Shirley, and family.
I know that words cannot bring a loved one back, but all those memories - and pictures - help keep him alive. "Jack&Art" - always voiced in the same breath when we were kids - were always exciting to see at family events. I hope you find comfort in knowing that he and you are intricately woven in the fabric of the Meade family quilt - (even though at times it was a crazy quilt!) Please accept my prayers and best wishes.
