Hillsborough - Bernice K. (nee Kisaday) Fatto, 92, entered into eternal life on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at home with loving family by her side. Born in Bound Brook, NJ, daughter of the late Francis and Anna (nee Jablonsky) Kisaday, she was raised in Manville before settling in Hillsborough with her family.
Bernice was a graduate from Pratt Institute and had a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts. She was a member of Watercolorists Unlimited and was the recording secretary of the Garden State Water Color Society. She was an art teacher for the Watchung Hills Enrichment Program and was the Director of the Art Department at Immaculata High School. Bernice was also an illustrator and news letter art editor of the New Jersey Mycological Association.
Bernice was a devoted wife and loving mother. She valued her family and adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved to cook, travel, paint, read and spent time in her yard with her garden.
Besides her parents, Bernice was predeceased by her loving husband, Raymond Michael Fatto in 2003.
Bernice leaves behind to cherish her memory, three loving children, Bruce and his wife Tracey Fatto, Diane and her husband Ralph Lombardi, and Greg and his wife Rebecca Fatto; cherished sister, Frances Viola; six adored grandchildren, Tiffany, Jamie, Melissa, Amanda, Adrianna, Raymond, and Rachel; and eight beautiful great grandchildren, Devon, Lilly, Eva, Janae, Jordan, Jada, Charlotte, and Henry.
Bernice will be laid to rest by her husband at Sacred Heart Cemetery during a private family graveside service. The family would deeply appreciate a mass said in her memory at your local church. Donations in Bernice's name can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital
