Capt Roberts Obituary
Wall - Capt William ( Billy ) Roberts 58, of Wall NJ passed away January 28,2019 in Charleston, South Carolina
He was born and raised in Kearny NJ and was a graduate of Kearny High School.Capt Bill was employed as a Captain by Great Lakes Dredge and Dock Company at the time of his death. He previously owned the Belmar charter boat, Super Shy Poke Capt Bill was an avid salt water fisherman and spent his entire life on the water , either fishing or working.
He is survived by his daughter, Becky and son Alex along with his siblings, Jack Roberts of Hobe Sound Fla,Tom Roberts of Ft. Lauderdale Fla, Barbara Roberts of Belmar NJ Stephen Roberts Of Neptune NJ. and Douglas Roberts of Rutherford, NJ.
Family and friends are invited to gather on Friday February 8, 2019 from 4- 8pm at the Johnson-McGinley Funeral Home 2652 Highway 138 Wall NJ 07719. Interment Private.
