Deborah Lynn Foster, 54, of Hagerstown, MD, she died on March 27, 2016 in Powerback Rehabilitation Center, Lutherville, MD. Born in New Brunswick, NJ. Formerly of Highland Park, NJ. A graduated of Texas Southern University. She worked at Street Law, Inc., Washington, DC.

Predeceased by her father, Clarence Foster. She leaves to cherish her memories, her mother, Lula Foster of Highland Park, four siblings, Carolyn Smith of New Brunswick, Jessie Miller (Phyllis) of Newark, NJ, Beverly Rich of No. Brunswick and Christopher Foster of Spokone, WA and a host of nieces, nephews, and a special friend, Jamie Frances Gaines.

Cremation was private. A Memorial service will be announced at a later date. Howell Funeral Services, Jessup, MD.
