Eleanor Hadzimichalis Obituary
AGE: 82 ? Formerly of North Brunswick
Eleanor Hadzimichalis died on Friday at St Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, Pa. She was 82 years old. Eleanor was born in New Brunswick and lived in North Brunswick before moving to Levittown, PA. She was also a part time resident of Midway Beach. She was a member of St. George Greek Orthodox Church in Piscataway and taught Sunday School. Her and her husband owned and operated the Midway Beach Food Stand, in South Seaside Park and Bill's Tavern in Perth Amboy. They both retired in 1989.
She was pre deceased by her husband William, her brother, Richard Palfey, a sister, Janet Sweet and a son in law, Harold J. Fine. She is survived by her children; William A. Hadzimichalis and his wife Marianthe of North Brunswick, Sharon A. Fine of Levittown, PA and Michele Senkel and her husband Todd of Winter Springs, FL. She is also survived by her siblings; Robert, Michael, and Thomas Palfey, Elizabeth Bowne, Arlene Huizing, Marie Dialfonso, Beverly Manley, Jenny Velez, and Judy Chiselko, her grandchildren; William, Lauren, Jason, Harold, Jody, Kelly, Todd Jr., Nicole, Jennifer, Jonathan, Katalina and Isabella, her 7 Great grandchildren and her 3 Great Great Grandchildren.
Services will begin on Wednesday at 9:45 at the Gleason Funeral Home 1360 Hamilton Street in Somerset. A funeral service will follow at 10:30 AM at St. George Greek Orthodox Church in Piscataway. Interment will follow at Van Liew Cemetery in North Brunswick. Friends and family may call from 2-4 and 7-9 on Tuesday at the Gleason Funeral Home. Contributions may be made in Mrs. Hadzimichalis' name to the American Diabetes Association P.O. Box 11454 Alexandria, VA 22312 or at www.diabetes.org.

Aunt Eleanor was such a sweet, loving and caring aunt. Always the life of a party. When she went for her beauticians license she asked me if I would be her model. We had so much fun that day. Loved being around her. Her and my mom always loved to dance. Now they are all together in Gods care. Miss you Aunt Eleanor

Aunt Eleanor was such a special aunt to me. So much fun to be with, laugh with and love her. Miss her everyday. Remember being her model when she was talking her examine to become a beautician. My Aunt Eleanor was the best aunt anyone could ever ask for. She was such a fun loving person who always made everyone laugh and loved everyone. I miss seeing her and always will. Hug and kisses to my cousins Sharon, Bill Michelle and their families. Love you all Cookie & Lou

Aunt Eleanor was such a wonderful, sweet person. She was always the life of the party and will be greatly missed. My mom, Elizabeth will miss her terribly as will her other sisters and brothers.
