Eugeniusz Kasztan Obituary
Perth Amboy - Eugeniusz Kasztan, 79 of Perth Amboy, passed away on Saturday, May 26, 2018 at his residence with his family by his side.
Eugeniusz was born in Sopla Duza, Poland, and came to Perth Amboy 58 years ago. He was employed by Hercules, Sayreville for 18 years as a Maintenance Mechanic. He retired in 2000. He was a parishioner of the Saint John Paul II Parish at St. Stephens Church.
He is preceded in death by his loving parents Michal and Antonina ( nee Laszetska ) Kasztan.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 48 years Danuta ( nee Jakubowski ) Kasztan; beloved father of Barbara and her husband Kelley Nelson; dear brother of Anthony and his wife Monique Kasztan and Stella Giera; adored grandfather of Sophia & Gabriel Nelson; cherished uncle of many nieces and nephews.
We will begin to leave on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at 9:15 am from the Gustav J. Novak Funeral Home, 419 Barclay Street, Perth Amboy for a Funeral Mass at 10 am at Saint John Paul II Parish at St. Stephens Church. Interment will follow at St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia. Visiting is on Tuesday from 2 ~ 4 & 7 ~ 9 pm.
