AGE: 89 • Lakewood
Helen E. McConnell, 89 years old, passed away Saturday, April 27, 2013, at home, Lakewood, NJ. Helen was born in Bronx, NY to Michael and Elizabeth (nee Gasparik) Kuzel. She had been an Administrative Assistant for Lehn and Fink Company in Montvale, New Jersey before her retirements.
She was predeceased by her husband Alexander T. McConnell, her son Gerard McConnell and brothers Joseph Kuzel and Frank Kuzel. Surviving are her daughter in law Pamela DeCandio, and granddaughters Erin McConnell and her husband Avram Blaker, Maura McConnell and her great grandson Alexander Blaker.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, May 10, 2013 at 10:30am at St. Luke's RC Church, 1674 Old Freehold Rd., Toms River, NJ. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers donations to the Catholic Charities, 527 Bay Avenue, Point Pleasant Beach, NJ 08742 or your local chapter. www.silvertonmemorial.com. Silverton Memorial Funeral Home Toms River is in charge of the arrangements.
