Jane Betty Malekoff
Martinsville - On Thursday, June 24th, our mom, grandma and great-grandma left us to be with the great love of her life, our dad, grandpa and great-grandpa, Albert 'Bummie' Malekoff. At age 95, Jane passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. We are left with the memories of her humor, love and untiring devotion to her family.
Jane was born November 4, 1925 in Newark, NJ. She is the daughter of John and Ann Kazmer.
She is survived by a sister, Sonja Kazmer; her children, Michael Malekoff and his wife Carrie; Juliana Garcia and her husband Arthur; Beth Malekoff and her partner Annie; grandchildren, Bonnie, Jennifer, Rachel and Dawn; and 5 great grandchildren, Anthony, Dani, Olivia, Alex and Ryan.
In keeping with her wishes, there will be no visitation. A private service for family and close friends will be held at Somerset Hills Memorial Park. Arrangements by Bruce C. VanArsdale Funeral Home, Somerville.
In lieu of flowers donations can be sent to Martinsville Rescue Squad or St Hubert's Animal Welfare Center North Branch. To send condolences, visit brucecvanarsdalefuneralhome.com.
