Although I only met George and Jayme at a wedding in May, I was struck by the amount of love that they radiated towards each other. I can not imagine the pain this family is going through but can only pray that their hearts will heal with the support of friends and family. I hope that George will always be able to see Jaymes love come thru their beautiful son every time he smiles. I am so proud to even have just crossed paths with such a selfless mother, wife, teacher and friend who made the ultimate sacrifice saving her son. I offer my deepest sympathies to all of the families affected by this tragedy and you will all be in my prayers....

I don't know you George, or your family, but I do know the love of a Mother. You must be so proud of your wife and the sacafrice that she made in the name of your son. God bless you and your family in the most horrific time. May you find peace and comfort in the fact that so many people, friends and strangers alike, pray for you and your son, and your wife's family. With much respect. A Neighbor

Jayme,
You were one of my best friends and I really cherished our time together in this lifetime. Despite the fact that we lived on the opposite sides of the country we kept a friendship going and I will always be grateful to have known you and been loved by you. You were an incredible woman and a caring and generous friend and you will never be forgotten. You opened up your home to me on various occasions and were always so happy to have me visit you and spend time together. I will miss you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so glad we got to spent time together when I came out last November to visit and all those other times we met up in Ca as well as your wedding. I wont forget the silly "water tower" and "ghost horse" jokes we made the last time I visited, as well as the time spent with your family in Virginia. I remember when I met you at Tustin high school and exactly what you said to me, and I remember our funny poem and just our friendship. Thank you for choosing to be my friend in this life time and I hope to see you in many more. You're an incredible mother for loving your child as much as you did and saving him. May you rest in peace. I will never forget your amazing, funny, courageous, outspoken, enthusiastic larger than life personality. I LOVE YOU MY DEAR FRIEND!!!! Your legacy will live on in your amazing child and family. I will always love your family and cherish the wonderful times we spent together. Rest in peace, dear heart!
