Dear Metzger and Kopko Families,
Please forgive us for being late in expressing our deepest sympathy. We had made an entry last week but upon checking it had not been entered. We were deeply shocked and saddened upon hearing of the tragic accident. We watched Jennifer grow into a beautiful and talented young woman. We would have liked to have paid our respects in person but there was an out of state synod meeting. You have many wonderful memories to cherish until we all meet again in God's kingdom.

Alan,

words cannot describe how truly sorry I am for your loss of Jennifer. I remember from your many visits at my Uncle Johns house, how devoted you and Jennifer were to each other. She grew to a beautiful young lady the last time we met, and she is a credit to you for how well you have raised her.

I remember hearing something about her bowling accomplishments a few months ago while talking to my Uncle and Debbie. She had overcome so much in such a young age, with her surgeries and pursuing sports and dancing, after all she had been through so early in life.

Once again, I am truly heartbroken for you at this tragic turn of events...I know Jennifer is bowling in heaven right now, and every time it thunders we can think of Jen throwing strikes in the bowling alleys of heaven.
