My deepest sympathy to the Conroy family. I didn't know Leo as well as my Dad (Wil Wieland). My Dad stewarded many a show that Leo judged and always respected him. Dad always said Leo was one of kind. May he rest in the hands of our Lord now.

My love to all the Conroys, especially Meg and Mr. & Mrs. C. I will always remember Leo as a youngster at High Hope Farm, and his graciousness on our meeting again a mere 40 years or so later. Leo, your friends and family and the love they have for you speak volumes about you and the life you lived. You will be greatly missed and my life was enriched for having known you. Godspeed and God bless until we meet again.

These Things Shall Never Die, By Charles Dickens
The pure, the bright,the beautiful,
That stirred our hearts in youth,
The impulses to wordless prayer,
The dreams of love and truth;
The longing after something's lost,
The spirit's yearning cry,
The striving after better hopes-
These things can never die.
The timid hand stretched forth to aid
A brother in his need,
A kindly word in grief's dark hour
That proves a friend indeed ;
The plea for mercy softly breathed,
When justice threatens nigh,
The sorrow of a contrite heart-
These things shall never die.
Let nothing pass for every hand
Must find some work to do ;
Lose not a chance to waken love-
Be firm,and just ,and true;
So shall a light that cannot fade
Beam on thee from on high.
And angel voices say to thee---
These things shall never die.
Leo will forever be a part of my life. My deepest sympathy to the Conroy family.
