PATRICIA "PAT" WILLS
AGE: 75 PARLIN
Patricia "Pat" Wills, 75, of the Parlin section of Sayreville, went home to her heavenly father on Sunday, July 4, 2010. Born in Newark she was the daughter of William P. & Elizabeth Healy. In 1951, while attending Our Lady of the Valley Catholic High School in Newark she met the love of her life, Ed Wills and they were married on March 29th 1952. Pat worked in customer service throughout her years of employment and then retired form E & B Marine Supply in 1996. She was a devoted Catholic and a communicant of St Bernadette's R. C. Church in Parlin and prayed the rosary daily. Her golden years were celebrated among St Bernadette's Senior's where she enjoyed travel and many wonderful friendships. Her greatest joy was her family.
Pat is survived by her husband of 58 years, Edward Wills; her daughters and their husbands, Karen & Jim Hyde (Tempe AZ), Nancy & Tim McCarthy of Morgan, Kathy & Kevin Harty (Chandler AZ); her son, Edward J. Wills and his companion Lisa Beninato of Woodbridge; 10 grandchildren, Emily, Jake, Moira & Nick Hyde, Lyndsay & Woody Mc Carthy, Mike, Ellen & Tom Harty and Brandon Wills; her brother, Rev. William P. Healy Jr., (Scottsdale AZ) and her sisters-in-law, Frieda Hohweiler & Dolores Wills.
Funeral services will be held Thursday 8:45am from the Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home 15 Cherry Lane followed by a 9:30am mass at St Bernadettes R.C. Church in Parlin with entombment to follow at St Joseph Mausoleum, Keyport. A celebration of her life will be held on Wednesday with visitation from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm at the funeral home. Members of St Bernadette's Seniors will hold services Wednesday at 2:30pm at the funeral home.
