Robert Weston Obituary
Cliffwood Beach - Robert F. Weston, 91 of Cliffwood Beach, passed away at home on Thursday, May 20, 2021.
Robert was born in Hoboken, New Jersey to the late Robert and Annie (Farquhar) Weston.
Robert proudly served in the Navy during the Korean War. He was a Lieutenant with the Middlesex County Park Police. He was a member of the American Legion and the Retired Policeman Local 600. Robert loved to talk and tell stories. He always had a bit of advice to offer all he encountered. Robert also loved to travel with his dear wife. They have visited Hawaii, Alaska, South America, Europe and took many cruises to the Caribbean. His love of life lead him on a grand adventure.
Robert is survived by his devoted wife Eleanor and his beloved children; his daughter Anne Wnorowski of Beachwood as well as his two sons Robert Weston and Douglas Weston of Cliffwood Beach; his brother George Weston and his wife Madeline of Fairfield California. Robert also leaves behind many cherished grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Robert is predeceased by his parents Robert and Annie and his son William Weston. He will be dearly missed by all that knew him.
Family and friends are invited to a visitation for Robert on Monday, May 24, 2021 from 3 to 5 PM at Day Funeral Home located at 361 Maple Place Keyport, New Jersey 07735. His cremation will be private.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the National Autistic Society or the Alzheimer's Association.
