Sharleen Terzian Obituary
AGE: 80 •
Sharleen (Kerr) Terzian, 80, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 4,2017 at Bridgeway Care Center, Bridgewater surrounded by her loving family. Daughter of the late Nathan and Ann Kerr, Sharleen was born and raised in Somerville,NJ . Upon graduating from Somerville High School in 1955 and secretarial school she worked for many years as an administrative assistant at Ethicon,Bridgewater. She was diagnosed with MS in her late 20's and battled this disease for many years with inner strength and grace. She always had a smile and kind words for everyone and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Sharleen was the beloved wife of Haig Terzian who passed away in 1999. She was also predeceased by her brother, Ronald and her first husband, Joseph Lamont. She is survived by her brother, Murray Kerr, his wife Stella, Sisters in law Delores Kerr and Araxe Arkell, Nieces Devaney, and Rona Kerr and Rebekah McCaffrey, nephews Armen and Gary Arkell and many cousins on the east and west coast. The family wishes to thank the staff at Bridgeway Care Center and Compassionate Care Hospice for their wonderful care of Sharleen during her almost 4 years at Bridgeway. Visitation will be Monday, May 8, 2017 from 3:00pm to 7:00 pm at Ketusky Funeral Home, 1310 Brooks Blvd, Manville,NJ. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 9,2017. 10:00am at the funeral home. Burial follows at Somerset Hills Memorial Park, Basking Ridge,NJ. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the charity of your choice.

Alee (the therapy dog for CCH) and I will truly miss our visits together with Sharleen. Alee loved to lay with Sharleen either in Sharleen's chair or bed. We all would sit together and listen to her favorite Dean Martin. We will miss her beautiful smile and the laughter that she brought to so many. God speed and we will all visit again together one day <3
