Sherry Lynn Richardson, 39, of Middlesex passed away Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2013. Born in Plainfield she grew up in North Plainfield and lived in Piscataway before recently moving to Middlesex. Sherry was a graduate of North Plainfield High School and studied at Raritan Valley Community College. She worked hard her whole life and was a waitress at the Sunset Diner. She loved music and noted that "music soothes the soul." She was devoted to her children and will be remembered for her fun loving nature and always having a smile on her face.

She was predeceased by her mother, Sharon Harvan in 1988 and by her maternal grandparents, Frances Mascioli and Conrad Williams. Surviving are her children, Devon Monaco, and Kevin, Dominic, and JoJo Scuccaimarri, all of Piscataway; her father, John Richardson of Tucson, AZ; her sisters, Mary Frances Doty and Christina Garripoli both of Middlesex, and Kelly Richardson; her brother, Johnny Richardson of Tucson, AZ; and by her nieces and nephews, Pvt. Andrew and Mikey Whalen, Cody and Destiny Garripoli, and Cassidy, Tynan and Ryder Doty.

Visitation will be Sunday, September 8, 2013 at Middlesex Funeral Home, 528 Bound Brook Road, Middlesex from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Cremation will be private.
