William Lupinacci

AGE: 90 • East Brunswick

WILLIAM "BILL" LUPINACCI died peacefully, Monday, August 15, 2016, surrounded by his family. He was 90.

Born in Highland Park, he resided in New Brunswick before moving to East Brunswick 62 years ago.

Prior to his retirement in 1988, Bill was a printer for the Queens Group of New Jersey, Edison, where he worked for 42 years.

A United States Marine Corps veteran, he served during World War II from 1943-1946.

Bill was a communicant of Corpus Christi Church, South River. He was a member of Memorial Post #133, VFW, East Brunswick; as well as the James Paige Detachment Marine Corps League 1127, East Brunswick. He was also a lifetime member of the East Brunswick Rescue Squad. Bill was an avid fisherman and, in more recent years, enjoyed woodworking and painting.

Surviving are his wife of 67 years, Merlyn Creamer Lupinacci; a son, Bill Lupinacci and his wife, Beth, of East Brunswick; 2 sisters, Celeste Kotter of Marlin, TX, and Marie Kane of Phoenix, AZ; and granddaughters, Taryn Prince and her husband, Jabari, and Alison Lupinacci.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, August 19th, 11:45 AM, at Corpus Christi RC Church, South River, under the direction of The BRUNSWICK MEMORIAL HOME, 454 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick. Cremation will be private.

Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday, August 18th, 4-8 PM. For directions, please visit www.brunswickmemorialhome.com.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Memorial Post #133, VFW, (www.vfwpost133.org), 485 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick, NJ 08816.
