William Simonetti Obituary
AGE: 92 • Pennington
William Russell Simonetti, 92, of Pennington, passed away Friday, 25 March 2016 at hospice, Robert Wood Johnson, Hamilton. Born in Richmond Hill, NY he had resided in Central New Jersey since the early 1950's.
William served in the United States Navy during WWII onboard the USS Weehawken. During his time in service, William was recipient of numerous ribbons and Medals. He was Honorably Discharged in January 1946. William was employed by Johnson & Johnson for over thirty years as a Quality Assurance Inspector.
He was a member of the Manville VFW, loved travel, dining, and was an avid fisherman his entire life
William is predeceased by his wife Francis Simonetti (1973) and Joyce Galic (2015) his brothers Tom, John and sister Marie. He is survived by his three children, two step children and their spouses. William and Mary Ann Simonetti, Gerald Simonetti and fiancée Diana Ferrara, James and Tana Simonetti, Ralph Thomas and Kathryn Galic, and Jim and Sandy Galic, ten Grandchildren, eight Great Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visiting will be Tuesday, March 29, 7pm to 9 pm in the Hillsborough Funeral Home, 796 US Highway 206, Hillsborough, NJ 08844. A funeral service will be held at 8pm. Cremation will be private. A graveside service will be Thursday, March 31, at 10am in St. Peters Cemetery in New Brunswick, NJ 08901.

So sorry to hear of your loss. I have many fond memories of your dad including some fun fishing trips at the Milstone River and trout fishing as he shared his favorite spots. A great man with a beautiful family that is a reflection of his pure, kind values. My prayers to all in his extended family during this time.
