BENJAMIN BRINK Obituary

BENJAMIN BRINK Benjamin Little Bear Brink passed peacefully on the evening of September 22. A 2008 graduate of Liberty H.S., Ben is loved and remembered by many. He leaves his mother and stepfather, Alice and Ed (CO), his father and stepmother, Keith and Marie (MO), and his sister and brother-in-law, Katrina and Yves-Marie (France), along with many uncles, aunts, and cousins who loved him and share fond memories. A special gift to Ben was the reconnection with his birth mother, Donna (WA), and birth sisters, Miranda (SD), Lacey (ND), Deseree (WA), and Kelsey (KY.) It makes us smile to remember Ben's sharp wit, deep connection with animals, and love of nature. He treasured his time as a Boy Scout, where he achieved the rank of Eagle Scout and was a Mic-O-Say Native American Dancer and tribe member. Ben will be cremated, with a Celebration of Life to be announced later this year. Please make donations to H. Roe Bartle Scout Camp in Missouri, or to a youth program of your choice in Ben's honor.
