Paul Fuger Obituary
He was born in St. Gallen, Switzerland on October 8, 1941, the son of the late Karl Fuger and Agnes Berlinger. After developing his skills as a hair stylist in Amsterdam, Liverpool, and Geneva, he immigrated in 1968 to the United States to continue his career as a hairdresser. He ultimately owned and operated three beauty shops called L'Officel, Inc. in Baltimore, Pikesville, and Annapolis, and more importantly met and married Ursula, the love of his life. In 1998 he and Ursula retired and moved to Rock Hall, MD. A member of the Rock Hall Yacht Club, Paul loved being on the water and kayaking with his wife, spending time with family, and relished his retirement in the serenity and beauty of the Eastern Shore. His kindness, good humor, and concern for others won him countless friends who will all remember him fondly.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ursula Fuger, in 2019.
He is survived by his sons, Eric Graage (Susan) and Rolf Graage, as well as five grandchildren.
A small ceremony of remembrance and celebration will be held early this summer in Rock Hall.
