Travis was born on September 16th, 1974 in Chestertown, MD to Robert Eugene Kelley Jr. and Wanda Lee Moore. He lived in Florida the past two years.
Travis is survived by his wife Angela Henckel of Chipley, FL; Mother: Wanda Ruff & husband Joey Ruff of Kennedyville, MD; Son: Morgan Henckel; Daughter: Shayla Waddell; Sister: Tami Kelley of O'Brien, FL; two grandchildren, three half brothers and one half sister and numerous loved ones.
Memorialization will be cremation with Obert Funeral Home of Chipley, Florida in charge of arrangements.

This breaks my heart!! Travis was such a sweet soul with a smile that lit up any room he walked into. So glad our paths crossed years ago and I was able to reconnect with my lil cousin. Rest easy sweet Travis.

Travis had a gentle, respectful demeanor and showed great kindness to his family, friends and to us old folks. We are appreciative for all of the jobs he did around our house - he was always ready to give a helping hand and tackle any project. We are happy we got to know Travis, albeit for too short a time. We will miss Travis and our deepest sympathy goes out to his family and friends.
